What time should I arrive?

Guests should arrive at 2:30pm for pre-ceremony cocktails. Seating will commence at 3:20 and ceremony starts are 3:30 sharp! Please be on time.

Can I bring a date?

No we have a strict guest list. Our wedding is RSVP only. We can only accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are there parking options?

The venue offers free valet parking.

Will there be a shuttle to/from the hotel(s)?
Answer
Yes, there is shuttle bus service between the selected hotels on our Travel tab and the wedding venue.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Ceremony is scheduled to be outdoors so long as weather permits. Reception will be held indoors at Crane Club at Tesoro.

Unfortunately we can only accommodate guests on the invitation - thank you for your understanding.

Of course. In memory of the bride's brother we ask that everyone drink responsibly.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Answer
YES! Please be sure to specify on RSVP so we can make accommodation. A duet entree will be served. If you are a pescatarian and would like two servings of fish, or if you are allergic and would like two servings of beef, you can inform your waiter during table service.

Can I take pictures?

Yes you are welcome take photos at the wedding and share via our hashtag #OnCloudWhyte however please do not post on social media. Please allow us to share our special day as we feel appropriate.

Will the wedding be livestreamed?
Answer
No it will not, this is a live event only.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
Answer
RSVP is online only. Your invitation will have a QR code to scan that will bring you to the website to respond.
