Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both will be at the same location (Pond Hill Pavilion). The ceremony will take place outdoors and will last approximately 40 minutes. This event will be moved indoors in case of inclement weather. The reception will take place indoors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at 2:30 pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that you follow a formal dress code. For our female guests, we encourage you to wear light pastel colors to fit our theme. Please avoid light blue, as this color is reserved for the bridal party.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, our venue includes a parking lot for guests.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab on our website. Please enter the name of one of the people in your invitation and indicate who in your party will be in attendance. To ensure we can give our vendors an accurate number of guests, kindly RSVP by April 14th, 2025.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to our venue's rules and regulations, we have a set count of guests. We can only accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, there will be a place to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP. If you don't receive a plus one, please respect our wishes as we want to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you so much for understanding!
