Can we book outside of the room block?
Answer
We ask that our guests reserve their stay through the room block at the resort. Guests staying outside of the room block will be charged a $120 fee to attend wedding events by the hotel. We appreciate your flexibility and cooperation!

What time are the wedding events?
Answer
Planning a destination wedding is very laid back until about a month out from our date! Please check back on our zola website and we will keep everyone updated as soon as we have ironed out the details!

What are the dates of your room block?
Answer
The hotel will honor 3 days before and after our wedding room block! We suggest flying in at least one day before the wedding to ensure travel goes smoothly and you have plenty of time to enjoy before the wedding events!

Is there transportation from the airport to the hotel?
Answer
Yes! The Cancun airport can be overwhelming if you do not have prepaid transportation to your resort! Once you book your room our travel agent can connect you with the transportation company to avoid being overwhelmed when you land! Transportation comes to $85 per person round trip!

When should we book our rooms by?
Answer
Although final payment is not due till June, we recommend securing your rooms as soon as possible to ensure you get the room you want! This also helps us determine the size of the group to be able to plan for the big day!
