Wayn proposed on Saturday, May 26, 2018. On that day, I attended a baby shower. Unbeknownst to me, Wayn was planning the proposal for later that night. After I left the baby shower, we went to Red Robin for dinner. I thought we were going home afterwards, but Wayn suggested we go to Boardwalk Billy’s since it was a nice night. We walked around the lake for a while and then settled down on a bench. Next thing I knew, Wayn was down on one knee proposing and bringing our life together full circle especially since this was where we had our first date.
