The Hilton Garden Central Park South

Our original Hotel ( Hilton Midtown) has decided not to open until sometime in the fall. Their sister hotel, The Hilton Garden Inn, will honor all reservations previously made. It will also be open to new reservations until July 26th at 5pm. If you booked a room at Hilton Midtown, you will automatically be reserved the same room type at the Hilton Garden Inn. Please call to provide your cc number again, as that is the only thing that did not get transferred. So sorry for the inconvenience. Our contact is Denise and her number is 646-833-1941 The Hilton Garden Inn is 1.2 miles from the Metropolitan Club. (18 min walk, 3 min drive) and 1.5 miles from the Church. (31 minute walk and 6 min Drive)

Newark international Airport

For our family and friends coming from afar... Direct access via train from Newark Airport to New York Penn Station. Taxi and Uber available once you’ve arrived in NYC. Uber from Newark Airport directly to New York Hilton; estimated time: 30 minutes (18 miles)

Travel Note

Hotel Check in 3pm

Unless you are lucky enough to score an early check in at what ever hotel you are staying in, you will be unable to check in AND make the ceremony, as both start at 3. Sorry about that. If you plan to attend the ceremony, we suggest you park at the hotel or parking garage and walk, uber or taxi R/T to the church and return to your hotel for check in. The following message is from The Hilton Garden Inn: Check in at the hotel is at 3PM, guests are more than welcome to come to the hotel early and we can try to accommodate any early check ins but this is based upon availability. We can store luggage if you park prior to 3PM and the rooms are not ready. Parking is $50 per 24 hour period and there is no in&out privileges, so I think Uber would be the best bet for your guests
