Question

Are there any capacity restrictions at this time?

Answer

**Update as of August 17, 2020** At this time, we are not anticipating capacity issues with our larger reception venue. However, our ceremony venue has placed significant restrictions on guest capacity. We will be updating ceremony invites/available seats on our RSVP page and also contact guests as needed based on latest developments that require us to make changes.

Question

If I'm attending the ceremony, what time should I arrive?

Answer

For those attending the ceremony, guests are able to enter Piper Palm House beginning at 1:00pm and the ceremony will start at 1:30pm. Plan to arrive no later than 1:15pm so you may find your seat. Guests arriving at or after 1:30pm will not be able to enter the venue.

If I'm attending the reception, what time should I arrive?

Answer

For those attending the reception, cocktail hour begins at 5:00pm and dinner is served at 6:00pm.

What should I wear?

Answer

We recommend wearing cocktail casual attire, but be sure you are dressed comfortably enough to whip out your best dance moves!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar, so please have a ride home prepared. Cars can be left at LiUNA Event Center overnight, but will need to be picked up the next day by 4:00PM. If you are staying at the South County Holiday Inn under the Watts-Dunn hotel block, the shuttle is available for transportation back to your room.

What kind of COVID precautions should I expect?

Answer

There are regulations set by St. Louis City and County we are complying with at both our ceremony and reception venue to keep your safety in mind. If you are attending the ceremony, masks will be required to enter the venue and necessary for guests to wear while seated. No worries - we will provide you with a mask! LiUNA Event Center will conduct temperature checks upon entrance and masks are required. We will provide you with a mask! Tables will be spread out for social distancing.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Search for your party on the RSVP page using your first and last name. The number of names listed with yours (if any) indicate how many seats are reserved for your party. If no other names are listed, the number of seats reserved for you is one. Feel free to direct any questions regarding plus ones to us at ajdfz9@gmail.com.
