Ladies: Please wear a semiformal dress. The color does not matter, just no offwhite or white please! Gentlemen: Please wear a collared button up with dress pants! The color does not matter.
Due to capacity reasons for the venue we tried to keep the guest list limited. Even with these considerations our list is quite long since we both have large families! We kindly ask that only people listed with your name in the rsvp tab attend the wedding.
No, please leave any extra party favors at home:)! The venue we have chosen does not allow outside food or drink on the property. If you bring any substances onto the property you will be asked to leave for legal reasons. There will be hors d'oeurves and beverages available during the reception. We have also chosen to have an alcohol free reception. This day is a celebration of our covenant between eachother and with God, and we believe sober mindedness is essential to this transition for us!
There will not be a formal sit-down meal at the reception, but there will be an array of hors d’oeuvres available for snacking. Please let us know about any severe allergies so we can ensure there is no cross contamination.
For the ceremony: The front rows will be reserved for close family. You can sit on either side of the aisle as we both love each and every one of you:) For the Reception: There will be a seating chart in the reception hall that tells you what table to sit at.
We kindly ask that this ceremony is unplugged meaning no one should be on their phone during the ceremony. There will be a moment before our vows where our Pastor will say you can take this moment to snap a couple pictures, but other than that we ask that you keep your phone away. Thank you!
