Is the ceremony and the reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be on the second level. The Simon has a balcony and a ton of outdoor space to enjoy cocktail hour. The reception will be hosted on the first level. There is an elevator to access all levels of the venue.

What does the parking look like in Downtown Louisville?

Answer

There is ample street parking in Louisville around The Simon. Event parking is available in the DELO lot, on South St. East of Front St & in the Underground Library Parking lot, those lots are a short walk.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please be seated by 3:45pm as the ceremony is to start at 4pm

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love kids, but this is an adults only event. No children under 18 are allowed unless the bride and groom have spoken to you directly.

Is there a dress code?

This event is formal, black tie optional. The entire event space is paved and there is minimal soft surfaces to walk on, which is perfect if you'd like to wear heels :)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes please!! We will pass on any allergen information to our caterer. We will do our best to accommodate and if there is concern, feel free to reach out to Lauren or Marc directly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have listed recommended hotels in the Louisville, CO area. Louisville, CO is a 35 minute drive from Denver International Airport and a 15 minute drive from Downtown Boulder. Surrounding cities of Superior and Broomfield also provide hotels for those who would like to stay for the weekend.
