Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we adore your children, our venue's capacity limits cannot accommodate all your little ones. Please make it an adult-only date night! We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to the limited space available at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests whom are listed on your received invitation.

When should we RSVP?

Answer

The sooner, the better! If you've received the 'Save the Date' and know that you will be unable to attend, PLEASE let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly! The bride and groom request that RSVPs are finalized by 7/01/2025. Any responses not received prior to 7/01/2025 will be marked as 'Not Attending'.

Will dinner be provided?

Yes! Dinner will be provided, following the ceremony and cocktail hour.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Enjoy drinks on us on this night to remember. Please ensure we all remember it! Guests are not allowed to bring and consume their own alcohol on the property. All alcohol must be served by the bartenders. Any guest attempting to bring or consume alcoholic beverages not provided by your bartenders will be asked to empty or return the items to their vehicle. Our Bartenders are there to facilitate a great evening, and have the right to refuse service if necessary.

Ceremony

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place outside. Please plan to arrive 20 minutes early for the ceremony to have time to get settled and seated, to get started on time. Please also ensure you dress appropriately for the weather (with dancing attire underneath!). Plan B is in-place to move the ceremony inside in the event of inclement weather.

Will there be a seating chart at the ceremony and reception?

The first row on either side of the aisle is reserved for parents and grandparents of the Bride and Groom. Beyond that there will be no seating chart at the ceremony as we are all family now! There will be a seating chart at the entrance of the barn for the reception. Please find your name and table number and make your way to your seat.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The venue has plenty of parking to accommodate all of our guests. Additionally, handicapped parking is available directly alongside the reception barn. Golf cart transport is available to those who need assistance.

Is smoking allowed on the premises?

Answer

Stonegate Farm is a Smoke Free, Drug Free facility. Any guest seen smoking or doing drugs on the property (including the parking lot) will be politely asked to refrain. No E-Cigarettes/Vaping devices are allowed on the property. (As an accommodation we have created a Designated Smoking Area for guest in front of the building with the antique gas pump for traditional cigarettes, cigars, pipes etc.). Marijuana and other drug use is strictly forbidden while on the property.
