April 27, 2018, Kaity stepped outside her comfort zone and joined a friend, and a few new faces, for dinner and drinks at a local restaurant. That night, she met Jerry. The two ended up sitting next to each other, laughing and talking, with a feeling of comfortability, like they’d known each other forever. They remained friends for about a year, until Kaity asked Jerry to be her date to a friend’s wedding. On September 22, 2019 their story truly began. Together, they’ve shared countless adventures-from road trips and weekend getaways to exploring new places whenever they get the chance. In April 2025, the two moved in together, marking a new chapter in their journey from strangers to friends to soulmates. On May 16, 2025, during a weekend getaway to the White Mountains, Jerry completely surprised Kaity by proposing at Beaver Pond. They spent the weekend in their own happy bubble, soaking up every moment. Now, they can’t wait to celebrate their next adventure, marriage, with the people they love most!
