Answer

The binding of hands, usually holding hands so the wrists and pulses are touching, represents two individuals coming together as one.

What kind of animals will be attending?

Answer

There are cats that roam (and are friendly) and some dogs in the fenced in area of the ceremony. Fenced in the back, there will also be goats, bunnies, chickens and ducks.
