We would strongly encourage you to carpool since most of you have to travel from LA. Make sure you have a designated driver. The road to the venue is unpaved and if you don't have a truck, you and your passengers can always park at the Park and Ride off of Bear Valley Road and Uber the rest of the way, just split the tab with your passengers!

We're requesting formal/ black tie attire, but as long as you're there with us, who cares what you're wearing anyway! Also, don't be afraid to wear white. we will not be offended as we won't be in any white.
We're asking that guests start trickling in at 2PM for an early cocktail hour and we will get started with the processional shortly thereafter. We know guests can wait hours for the wedding to start, but we plan on getting the ball rolling early.
For the sake of keeping this event centered around the bride and groom, we will not have a wedding party. We would like our family to be able to enjoy themselves and get the best possible experience. Don't worry, no one has to pass out programs, throw on an apron, or hold the train. We want you to party, take plenty of pictures, and fill your bellies.
We have a projected move in date of November 1, 2018 and anticipate a housewarming by the end of 2018 or the beginning of 2019

Please request to bring a plus one if their name is not listed on the RSVP. We have a strict guest list of our closest friends and family and it would not be fair to those who were not invited if one guest brings uninvited guests. Remember, we want the mood to be special and things aren't so special when persons unknown to the bride or groom are there.
We couldn't have been more sure! The bond that Candice and Deshawn have is unmatched! We know people have their reservations about why we are not ready for marriage or too young or whatever other concerns have been expressed. The important thing is that we would never know the gift of having one another as a husband or wife if we didn't try it. We know one another's heart and the love couldn't be anymore pure. We know that as our family, you are naturally protective, but we got this!
