Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You can RSVP at the top of the page under the title "RSVP" - Please send us your accepptances or regrets by August 1st, 2025!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5pm EST so we recommend getting to the venue between 4:30 - 4:45 to give you plenty of time to find a seat!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We do ask that you ditch the sweats and use this occasion to dress up a little! We recommend a nice blouse with pants or skirt or a dress for the ladies. Hair and make-up can be natural and everyday. For the guys, jeans or khakis with button-down shirt or polo shirt will fit. Please don't wear white :)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accomadate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "Plus One" on your RSVP profile. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding an adults only event with the exception of a few little one's we hold close to our hearts! We hope you understand our decision! Use this special occasion as a date night!

Most importantly, When will we eat?

Answer

We'll have a charcuterie table and drinks set up in the reception hall that you can enjoy while the wedding party is getting photos done after the ceremony. Dinner will begin around 6pm so make sure you eat lunch or have a snack day of!

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

We've tried our best to accommodate everyone, If you have specific concerns or allergies, please don't hesitate to contact Jessica at (706)299-3109 or Mackenzie (706)299-0740 and we will confer with our caterer.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! We have hired a bartender and we'll serve beer and wine! We kindly request that you leave the hard liquor at home. We'll have plenty of options to choose from. Don't forget to assign a designated driver, we want everyone to get home safely. Just know your limit and drink responsibly, there will be an off-duty officer on the premises! We love you all dearly and just want you to have fun and celebrate with us on our big day!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The venue offers plenty of parking!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer to capture how the ceremony looks, we have invited you so you may capture how the ceremony feels. We ask you turn off your electronics during our ceremony to ensure you are in the moment and not in the way of our photographers. Some of these photos will be posted on social media and we'll send you the ones you're in! After the ceremony is complete and the wedding party has exited, you may turn on your devices and take pictures of whatever you wish!

Will there be dancing?

Answer

Yes! Make sure you wear or bring a comfortable pair of shoes. The bride and groom (well, mostly the bride) love to be on the dance floor!

Is there a wedding hashtag?

Answer

Yes! Feel free to use our hashtag #WelcometotheWaters on any photos you post to help share your night with us and others.
