FAQs

Question

Will there be food/drinks at the welcome event?

Answer

We will not be providing food and drinks at the welcome event. However, downtown Sanford has many restaurants to enjoy dinner at and there will be a bar at the event location to purchase drinks! Thank you for understanding.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony begins at 5 pm. Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes early to be seated.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We are having a formal event. Please wear black! Neutral colors are okay, but black is preferred. Our accent color is black, so please try to stick to our color pallet! Jackets preferred and no jeans or short sleeve shirts for the men please!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited seating, please only bring those who are listed on your RSVP.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! The entire wedding will be held at the Lake Mary Events Center. The address is 260 N Country Club Rd Lake Mary, FL 32746.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Food will be served buffet style, so you will be able to choose what items you would like. Please let us know on your RSVP if you are vegetarian/vegan so we can accommodate your food preference!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be heading over to Downtown Sanford after the reception ends for a night cap!

Question

Are you registered?

Answer

We do not have a traditional registry, but check out the registry tab to see what we have decided instead!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We ask that only those that are specified on the RSVP list attend the wedding as we have a very strict head count. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Just bring yourself and be ready to have a great night!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We are asking to have an “unplugged ceremony”, meaning only the professional photographer should be taking pictures during the ceremony. You will be given an opportunity to snap a few pictures, but please respect our wishes when it comes to cell phone photography!

Question

What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

The only way to RSVP is through the RSVP tab on this website! If you do not RSVP here by May 1st, then we will assume that you will not be joining us for the wedding!
