We’re getting married!

We met during our Sophomore year at Fruita Monument High School. After dating for 2 years, we parted ways in college. Brandon started working full-time and I stayed in school, and for about 9 months we spent time apart and grew into ourselves. One night, we ran into each other with some friends. From there, the rest is history! We couldn't be apart from one another after that. We dated while I finished college, and then stayed together while I moved to California for a year. Brandon stayed in Grand Junction, Colorado during that year. Long-distance was difficult. We only saw each other 4 times in those 12 months. I knew, though, that if we made it through that year, we could make it through anything together. After my lease was up in California, we knew it was time for both of us to make a change. Brandon's family had moved to San Antonio, Texas a few years prior. In December of 2019, he drove to California, loaded all of my belongings that would fit into my SUV and piled the rest in his truck. We drove over 1,000 miles to our new home and have been happy here since. We've lost one family member (my dear kitty, Sharon) and added 4 other fur babies to our family. We now live in San Antonio, Texas with our two dogs, Kenny and Bailey, and our two cats, Carlos and Wendy. Life works in mysterious ways. I thought the "high school sweetheart" thing was too good to be true. But here I am, living the dream!
