Dressy Casual. Think polished but comfortable. Sundresses, slacks, and button-ups are all great choices.
Black-tie optional. We kindly ask that you wear a tuxedo or a suit with a tie. An evening gown or mid-length formal dress is also appropriate.
We appreciate our guests wanting to share the celebration with others, however we would like to reserve the time and space for our closest loved ones. For this reason, please only RSVP for the individuals named on your invitation.
While we adore little ones, we regretfully are only able to accommodate individuals listed on your invitation. We truly appreciate you making arrangements so you can celebrate with us!
We kindly ask that you plan to arrive by 4:30pm to mingle, take pictures, and be seated before our 5:00pm ceremony begins.
The ceremony and reception will be held at Swiftwater Cellars, which has plenty of parking out in front of the main entrance. Shuttles will be available after the reception to those staying at the Lodge, Inn, or airbnb/VRBO options located in or around the Suncadia Resort. For guests staying off the property at other sites in Cle Elum, Roslyn, or other locations, we recommend looking into rideshare and carpooling options.
For guests staying in the Suncadia Lodge, there are many walkable paths and shuttles available through the front desk. However, while we do not explicitly provide transport to the ceremony we do have shuttles for after the reception. Everybody should get home safely!
We will be serving a plated dinner, so individuals are able to indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies during the RSVP process.
RSVP information will be listed in the formal invitations that will be sent out in the coming months.
