FAQs

Covid-19 Update: Seating will be outdoors under a pavilion spaced out accordingly. Wristbands are available upon entrance of ceremony/reception to display levels of social distancing you're comfortable with as follows: Red- keeping complete distance Yellow- okay with talking, but no touching Green- okay with hugs & high fives We will not be providing masks, but please feel free to bring your own to wear. Hand sanitizers will be placed throughout the entire venue for your convenience. Note that your safety is important to us, and are understanding if you can't attend at the concern of your health. We are 100% supportive of any decision you make, and appreciate the same in return for us proceeding with our plans. Love may be patient, but we are not. xoxo
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy-casual. We want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high, that top button is too tight, or that tie makes you claustrophobic, forget about it! The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, so please dress accordingly.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do, but we want our wedding to be your night off! Children are welcome at the ceremony, however to allow all of our guests to enjoy an evening of relaxation, we respectfully advise that the reception is for adults only.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your formal invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. Transportation will be provided to and from the Best Western Plus Parkside Inn & Suites and The White Silo Barn. Departure to the ceremony/reception will be at 4:30 PM outside of the Best Western. Rides back to the hotel will be available at 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30 PM.

For all the days along the way
