What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal. We ask that our guests wear dress pants, dress shoes, a collared shirt with a tie, and [we prefer] a suit or jacket -OR- a formal dress. Black tie is optional. The dress code for the champagne reception is cocktail. Thank you!

May I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to celebrate with our closest loved ones, we’re asking that plus ones be limited to significant others. Everyone will have the option of bringing their significant other to our wedding. Thank you for understanding.

What if I or someone in my party have a dietary restriction or special preference?

Answer

Our menu includes two omnivore options and one vegan option. Our dessert will have one vegan and gluten free option (among several non-vegan, non-gluten free options). If you have a dietary restriction and our existing options cannot accommodate you, please let Annie know. She will connect with the Chef to ensure that we have an option that works for you or your loved one.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by June 1, 2025. This will provide us with time to finalize food and beverage orders. Thank you!

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we kindly request no children at the wedding. Teens and well-behaved adults are welcome. We thank you for understanding.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

No. We realized that booking a block may be more expensive for our guests than having them check in with our suggested lodging options, explore offers, and look at third party sites for deals. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding budget-friendly lodging options.

Where do I park?

Answer

More than enough parking should be available for everyone at the Harvest Inn property. Additional street parking will be available for overflow.

Will you provide a shuttle or transportation?

Answer

No. Please plan to self-transport to and from the Harvest Inn on our wedding day. Thank you for understanding!

What time should we arrive?

Answer

No more than 15 minutes prior to the start of our 4 pm ceremony.

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

Our reception will end promptly at 10:45 pm to allow 15 minutes for the venue to be cleared. Everyone must be out by 11 pm. Thank you for understanding!
