Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Circle S Ranch 3325 Circle S Ln Lawrence, KS The ceremony will be in the garden and reception in the party barn

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside and reception will be both outdoors and indoors

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby, while all the guests can make their way to the party barn for cocktail hour

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/formal. We advise our guests to wear flats or boots because of the gravel and grass.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The general weather for late June tends to be around the 90s. However, temperatures tend to dip at night, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to bring a light jacket since there will be an outdoor area for our reception

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

If you are coming from the Kansas City/Johnson County area the directions are below: Take 435N to K10 towards Lawrence Take the exit onto county hwy-442 Turn right onto N 1400th Rd Turn right onto Main st Turn left onto Linwood Rd Keep right onto E 1450 rd Turn right on 1400 Rd Turn right on 35th st Turn right on Circle S Lane

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There will be signs for parking lined up and down in the grass and gravel starting at the fence and it is completely free!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 6pm. We kindly ask guests to arrive between 4:45 and 5:45 to grab a refreshing lemonade and start mingling!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course! Our wedding will have activity bags, games and music to keep them entertained! Be sure to include them in the head count for the RSVP!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Unfortunately we do not have any hotel blocks set up, however on our travel page, we have a list of hotels that we recommend people stay at

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is May 5th, 2020. You can RSVP online or mail your RSVP back to us!

What are the ceremony and reception accessibility options?

Answer

Even though all the roads are gravel, we provide someone to drive them down to both the ceremony site and the reception barn!

Will food and drinks be served?

Answer

Yes! We will have a garden social held from 4:45 to 5:45 with non alcoholic beverages. Then at the reception we will have non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, dinner and dessert available for all guests.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes! We have counted a plus one for everyone invited. We still ask that you include them in the RSVP

Will there be dancing/entertainment?

Answer

Of course! We have arranged for a DJ to be there for the dance floor, a photo booth with props and there will be some outdoor games as well!

Where are you registered at?

Answer

We have a couple different registries listed on our website through Zola, Amazon, Target and Bed, Bath and Beyond!
