When is the RSVP deadline?

Kindly respond by October 1, 2026 so we can save you a seat (and plenty of BBQ)! We appreciate you taking the time to let us know if you can join us for our big day.

What should I wear?

Answer

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire that says "I'm here for a good time!" Ladies—think fun cocktail dresses or dressy separates. Gents—casual suits with or without ties. No jeans, please! Comfortable shoes highly recommended—we'll be dancing the night away!

Where are the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Join us at Stillwater Meadow for both our ceremony and reception. This beautiful venue is located just outside Fort Worth in Aledo. STILLWATER MEADOW 9842 E Bankhead Hwy Aledo, TX 76008

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the ceremony begins for parking and to find your seat.

Y'all are in for a treat with authentic Texas BBQ! We're serving up all the classics to keep you fueled for a night of dancing. We've got delicious vegan options too, just let us know on your RSVP. The bar will be stocked with beer, seltzers, and wine to keep the celebration going. Cheers!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. If you don't see a plus-one option when RSVPing, we're unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests due to venue capacity. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, we're keeping this an adults-only affair (except for our immediate family kiddos). Thanks for understanding and we hope you enjoy a well-deserved night out!

Parking & Transportation

Answer

There's plenty of parking available at Stillwater Meadow! If you need to leave your car overnight, they ask that you pick it up before 12:00 PM the next day. Uber and Lyft are available in the area, though pickup times can be a bit longer since we're just outside the city. Please plan accordingly and arrange for a safe ride home!

Is the ceremony inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held indoors. However, Stillwater Meadow has a gorgeous outdoor area that you're welcome to enjoy!

Unplugged Ceremony

Answer

Your presence means the world to us! We kindly request that you turn off your phones and enjoy our ceremony through your own eyes, not a screen. Our photographers are amazing and will capture every precious moment to share with you. After the ceremony, snap away!

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We're so grateful you're celebrating with us! We've been living together for a while now and have most household essentials covered. We do have a small registry available, but contributions toward our first home would be deeply appreciated.

After Party

Answer

The night doesn't have to end at 10:30! Join us at the Stockyards in Fort Worth for an after party! We're working on a party bus for everyone interested. Details to follow!

Smoking & Vaping

Stillwater Meadow is a smoke-free and vape-free venue and it is strictly enforced. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our celebration smoke-free!
