When should I RSVP by?
Answer
As soon as possible! We are required to give a final headcount to our vendors one month prior to the wedding. Please RSVP by no later than August 20, 2025.

Semi-formal or cocktail attire.

Are kids invited?
Answer
You all know Bethany loves all the babies, but we will be having a kid free evening. Find a babysitter and take the night off!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
All invites are addressed to those invited or “your name & guest”. There will be an exact number of seats and guest counts for the caterer so any uninvited guests will not be permitted.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive by 4:00pm to allow time to park and take your seats.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! There is parking available on the venue property.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
The venue is located in the Pungo area. We would recommend hotels in the Oceanfront area or Airbnbs in the Pungo/Sandbridge area.
