7 Looong Years Ago...

"So, how did you two meet?"

Answer

"Well, we aren't really sure!" We've known each other since highschool-ish era and think we probably met through mutual friends. We had always stayed in touch about music, traveling, and whatever big events were happening for each of us, but on June 21st, 2017 Warren asked Christianna if she wanted to grab dinner and a drink and talk about her recent travels to Spain, Portugal, and Morocco. But nope, this was absolutely NOT a date. That summer, we went to see the fireworks in Burlington on July 3rd and ended up talking for 2 hours waiting for the traffic to dissipate, but this also was definitely NOT a date. Christianna introduced Warren to swing dancing and those weekly dances meant lots more time getting to know each other. In September, we went to see Stephen King's IT at the drive-in (Christianna's first scary movie and DEFINITELY still not a date), both secretly wishing we could hold hands. :) December 3rd, Warren drove alllll the way up to Christianna's house in Highgate to play board games with her family and that was the night Warren, Christianna, and probably her parents knew this was going to last. By December, we had discovered so many things we love about each other. December 5th, we shared our first kiss after a night of swing dancing where a dance friend casually remarked (about us), "isn't it great when two people who are clearly best friends end up finding each other and being life partners?" So, even though everyone says "it's about time you guys!!" these 7 years have gone by so fast and have been so full of adventures! We are excited to share our wedding celebration and our future years together with you all!
