It took a few series of events to get Krista and Warren to cross paths. Krista was fairly new to Nashville around this time, and she invited a few friends to come in town to help her do touristy things around the city! Meanwhile, Warren was getting ready to join in on a Bachelor party during the day in Downtown Nashville. Krista and her friends had a jam packed schedule for the day that included kayaking and brunch reservations. But a thunderstorm caused them to have to make new plans. Although kayaking was canceled they decided to sleep in and then head to East Nashville for brunch. While on the way, the restaurant calls to say they will not be opening due to maintenance issues. This then led the group to change up everything and make their way to downtown Nashville. Krista and her friends get to ACME in Downtown Nashville. Where - you guessed it - Warren and his friends were enjoying the Bachelor party! Although Krista and Warren did not officially meet there, they both remember seeing one another and thinking "He's/She's pretty good looking!". Fast forward an hour or so - Krista and her friends decide to switch up the scene and head to a new bar. They make their way down to the cross walk where Warren and his friends are also at waiting for the crosswalk to give them the go ahead. Both friend groups are a few drinks in which led one of Warren's friends (Groomsman Tyler Walker) to ask if we wanted to race across the cross walk to the next bar. Myself and my friend (Bridesmaid Cassie Harwick) agree to the challenge and ran our way to the other side where both groups decided to go to the bar CrazyTown. This is where the sparks start to fly. Warren decides to approach Krista with a great pick-up line in hand. "I'm so sorry about my friends.. They're pretty crazy." Krista can't stop smiling as their conversation continues. As they learn more and more about each other Krista builds up the courage to ask for his number. They've been together ever since.
