We kindly request that, if you wish to give a gift, you select items from our registry, which can be found under the 'Registry' tab on this website. Answer

As of now, Punta Cana does not have any travel restrictions. Requirement for entering the country are the following: - A visa is required when visiting for more than 30 days. - No vaccinations required if arriving from the United States. Stay up to date on all vaccinations recommended by the CDC. - Passport must be valid for a period of 6 months starting with your arrival in country. - Entry: $10,000 or more must be declared (or equivalent) Exit: $10,000 or more must be declared (or equivalent) - You must complete an eTicket(opens in a new tab) for each entry and exit. https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/Home/ - Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical emergencies as most private hospitals require payment in advance and do not accept U.S. insurance.

Question

Safety?Safety?

Answer

Yes! Punta Cana is a beautiful destination, and as with any international travel, it’s important to stay aware of your surroundings. We recommend the following safety tips: - Stick to well-traveled areas, especially at night. - Use official taxis or hotel-arranged transportation rather than unmarked taxis. - Keep valuables secure and avoid flashing expensive items in public. - If exploring on your own, research areas ahead of time and travel in groups when possible. - Follow all local guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay.
