Zack and Emily first crossed paths while working at Texas Roadhouse—Zack as a kitchen worker and Emily as a server. At first, they barely spoke, just coworkers passing by each other during busy shifts. But things changed when Emily invited Zack to her 20th birthday party. That simple invite sparked a connection, and from that moment on, they’ve been inseparable, proving that sometimes, the best relationships start when you least expect it……especially when accompanied with those honey-cinnamon butter rolls!

We share a cozy apartment just outside of downtown Greenville, a place where our journey together continues to unfold. Ironically, we find ourselves working side by side once again at the company we love, a testament to how life comes full circle. Our dreams of traveling more are becoming a reality, and along the way, we’ve become gym enthusiasts, pushing each other to be the best versions of ourselves. When we’re not hitting the gym or planning our next adventure, you’ll often find us unwinding over a cold draft beer. But above all, we cherish the moments we spend together with our pup Bowser, who fills our days with laughter and love. Life has been nothing short of amazing, and it’s only going to get better as we take the next step in our journey together—sharing a last name. The road here wasn’t always “EZ,” but through every challenge, we’ve learned to put each other first. Now, we’re ready for whatever comes next, embracing each new chapter together hand in hand!
