When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 8th so we can provide an accurate estimate of our headcount to our venues.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, our welcome party, ceremony and reception will be adults only.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, semi-formal and formal attire is welcome. We want you to look and feel your best! Our ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting), with the cocktail hour and reception following inside the Rocket Lodge. The lodge also has a large outdoor patio with ample seating, firepits, and yard games. Make sure to keep the weather in mind for mid-September.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held at 4:15 in the afternoon. Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes early to give yourself time to park and find a seat. Guests are welcome to come early and enjoy a beverage outdoors while waiting for the ceremony to start!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are lots of great hotel and Air B&B's in the area to choose from! We've included some lodging options on our travel page, along with a designated block we've reserved for our friends and family.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please include any dietary restrictions on your RSVP (there will be an option to include any information if needed).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Bristol Mountain Ski Resort has a large parking lot to accommodate our guests.
