Spencer and I knew each other for years before we started dating, as he and my brother Dominic were close friends from college. Spencer would come to our childhood home when he would have his college friends over. We always hit it off, but nothing ever came of it until the Spring of 2022. Like we did each year, we decided to celebrate St Patrick's Day by attending the Milwaukee Shamrock Shuffle. We saw each other out at a bar on Water Street, otherwise known as Elwood's. A bar with a pop-up tattoo parlor in the back - classy, we know. We have spent the next 3 years spending lots of time with all our favorite people, traveling, and now planning a wedding!
