How to get to the Pender Hall

Answer

The Pender Hall is building 3 of the St. Regis hotel. You will park in the parking lot and use the elevator to go to the first floor. As you exit the elevator, the Pender Hall will be the double doors directly in front of the elevator.

How to get to the beach ceremony

Answer

When you arrive to at the St Regis Hotel, you will go to the pool area and go down the boardwalk. From there you will see the wedding chairs and arbor set up on the beach. Please allow family to be seated in the reserved rows.

What Time Should I Arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at at 2:00 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 1:30 pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time. Please be seated by 1:45pm.

We will be having an early dinner that begins at 3:30pm. Catered by Italian Bistro, our menu will consist of Caesar and House salads, Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Parmigiana, a 3 Cheese Chicken Tortellini dish, and garlic knots with marinara sauce.

Can I Bring a Guest?

Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear in the RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family! If you have any questions, please reach out.

How & When Should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining". Please RSVP by August 1st, 2024. All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining; we will be sending a final headcount to our vendors following this deadline.
