The wedding will be taking place in Franklin, TN at Southall Meadows, located at 3193 Southall Rd. Franklin, TN 37064. Reception will follow at the same venue. Please see travel tab and plan accordingly as the venue is located about 35 minutes away from downtown Nashville.
The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. Knowing that the venue is about 35-45 minutes away from downtown Nashville please be sure to arrive by 4pm. If you arrive after 4:15 there is a chance you will not be seated and miss the ceremony.
Attire will be cocktail formal. For women, a cocktail dress (long or short!) will suffice. Men are encouraged to wear suits with ties. Note that while September is still warm, it can get a bit chillier at night as the venue is outdoors. Note that the ceremony will be taking place in a grassy area, please dress accordingly.
No. We are asking all guests to keep the ceremony phone-free! This allows you and us to enjoy such a special moment and lets our photographer obtain unobstructed views while shooting.
If invited to the rehearsal dinner, you will receive a separate invitation with information and details about the event.
While we love your kids, no children under 16 will be invited to our event so that you and your SO can have a fun weekend in Nashville! If your child is over 16 and invited, their name will be listed on the RSVP webpage.
If you have received a plus one, it will be indicated on your wedding invitation addressed to either "Your Name and Guest" or "Your Name and Your Guests Name". Please do not bring an unauthorized guest as they will not be seated.
No unauthorized speeches will be allowed during the reception.
Yes! We are thrilled to provide guests with an open bar during our reception. With that in mind please plan accordingly either by having a designated driver or ordering a Lyft or Uber to take you back to your hotel/rental. Please do not drink and drive.
Luckily we will be having the wedding and reception at the same place! The ceremony will take place from 4:30-5pm with cocktail hour following promptly from 5-6. 6pm on will be the party!
If you are staying in downtown nashville we are happy to offer a bus service! Note that if you plan to stay near the venue or in Franklin, please do not sign up as you will be 25 min or more away from the pick up point. Pickup will be at 3:15 at the Marriott Tri Brand located at 410 Rep John Lewis Way. If you are committed to the bus to the wedding, you are committed to the bus returning from the wedding. Please meet near the valet parking at the lobby of the Marriott Tri Brand Hotel, pickup will be on Rep John Lewis Way.
