How Do I RSVP?

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP before April 30th through our website. If you miss the deadline, bring a sandwich and a chair!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please visit the "Travel" tab for more information about the rooms we have blocked off at the Grand Geneva Resort and Spa. Note: please book your room prior to April 24th, otherwise we cannot guarantee a discounted rate!

What time is the hotel check-in?

Answer

Check-in time starts at 4pm (unfortunately, early check-ins are not available this weekend). We suggest you come dressed for the event, if you need a place to change there are locker room facilities available at WELL Spa + Salon. The bell staff can hold any luggage prior to 4pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are located on the grounds of the Grand Geneva Resort and Spa. There is a trolley service that will provide transportation between sites.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm, so please arrive slightly earlier to find a seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail. Please no denim.

Do I need to specify my meal choice?

Answer

Dinner will be served family style; all food will be available on the table and you can choose what you're eating (and how much)! If you have any dietary restrictions, please note that on your RSVP.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! On your RSVP, please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We kindly ask that you leave any children at home, unless specifically indicated on your invitation. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns!
