Maid of Honor
Cristina is Savannah's best friend. They go all the way back to 7th grade (8th according to Cristina's terrible memory). They have been through some very interesting times together, but no matter what, they've been there for each other. Savannah chose Cristina to be her maid of honor for the same reason Cristina chose Savannah to be her daughter's godmother -- the most unbreakable trust, almost a sisterly bond; true and everlasting friendship.
Best Man
You wouldn’t be able to tell these two are brothers – until you got them together. As kids, Josh and Charles were anything but “the best of friends”. They spent their time picking on one another and doing their best to annoy their parents. But, as they grew older and life happened, they realized how important it was to stick together. If they aren’t making each other belly laugh or trying to embarrass everyone around them, these two are up to something. No one else could fill the place of Best Man than the most compassionate and caring big brother.
Maid of Honor
Savannah and Jenny have literally known each other since birth. Or since Savannah was born. Jenny is Savannah's mom's sister's daughter -- long story short, God knew one mom couldn't handle them as sisters so He split them up as cousins. If it wasn't for the move to Missouri, Savannah and Jenny would have been inseparable. Savannah chose Jenny as her other Maid of Honor because there is no one else as charismatic that could have filled the shoes. Luh you douche. (:
Groomsman
Like typical brothers, Chris and Josh always had their differences. Once Chris left for Japan as a Marine, Josh realized how different the house was and knew that the family was missing an important piece of the puzzle. Though Chris and his wife Rhonda, whom ironically Savannah knew before she ever knew Josh, have been living in Japan and just recently were moved to a base in North Carolina, when they come home, it's like they never left. It is never a dull moment when Chris is around and Josh couldn't imagine his wedding without the craziness of his brother.
Bridesmaid
Katie and Savannah weren't immediate friends. They sat across the room from each other in 9th grade German. Savannah was a little more social, where Katie was the quiet one, but they ultimately found friendship in each other. Through their long talks in empty parking lots in high school to eating brunch on Sunday mornings in their 20s, Katie and Savannah have shared the moments together. Savannah chose Katie as a bridesmaid because she couldn't have all Maid of Honors, but even in high school, Savannah knew Katie was a lifelong friend.
Groomsman
Drew; the brother that Josh never thought he needed or wanted. Though they rejected the idea of each other at first, these days they have a much closer bond that only time could have told. From playing rugby together in high school to trying to drift the old Corolla out at Busch Wildlife, Josh and Drew have never found it hard to make life fun. Josh knew, without a doubt, that he couldn't say "I do" without Drew by his side.
Bridesmaid
Sarah and Savannah, or as they call each other "Sissy" have known each other since the early days of 8th grade. That crazy science class alone built the foundation for the rest of their amazing friendship, which has only grown over the years. And while life has carried them in different directions, they have always found their way back to each other. Savannah chose Sarah to stand by her side because no matter what life brings, Savannah knows that Sarah will always be by her side.
Groomsman
Mikey has always been Josh's wing man. Aside from being the lady's man, Mikey is the most loving, caring and hilarious brother that Josh couldn't have picked better himself. He has been the best Blue's game/Cardinal's game buddy and is even a great drinking buddy with the occasional margarita! (It was only once on his 21st birthday). Josh never knew he would gain a great friend when he gained Mikey as a brother. There isn't another person that could fill Mikey's shoes when he stands next to Josh on his wedding day.
