What is the Dress Code for the Wedding?

Answer

Semi-formal. This is a backyard wedding so make sure to wear shoes you feel comfortable wearing in grass.

What is "Yard Farm"?

Answer

Yard Farm is the nickname given to the neighborhood where Lauren's parent's live. Both the welcome party and wedding will be held at "Yard Farm" aka Lauren's parent's backyard at 17 Fuller Plantation Dr. Saint Helena SC 29920 which is right off of Yard Farm road. Yard Farm is located on Saint Helena Island, just 15 minutes away from the charming Lowcountry town of Beaufort, South Carolina.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside at "Yard Farm," at Lauren's parent's backyard overlooking the water/marsh. A tented reception will follow at the same location. We can't wait to celebrate with you there!

Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

We have booked a shuttle service to and from Fripp Island Resort. More information about the shuttle services will be shared closer to the wedding date, so stay tuned!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. There is ample parking at Yard Farm aka Lauren's parent's backyard. There will be signage to guide you on where to park your vehicle for those who are planning to drive to and from the weekend events.

Are Children Welcome?

Answer

We adore your kids! However, we’d like our wedding to be a night off for you. With the exception of children within our immediate family, our wedding has been planned as a child-free event. Thank you for understanding!
