Our wedding will be semi-formal/cocktail. We want everyone to feel relaxed, confident, and celebration-ready!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Of course! Please let us know about any food allergies, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Your comfort and enjoyment are important to us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at the venue is limited, but we will be providing a shuttle service for our guests. We also want to note that The Trillium Venue does not recommend relying on Lyft or Uber in this area.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be providing transportation through Elite Event Services. Guests may park in Elite’s designated parking lot, where shuttles will take you to and from the wedding venue at the top of Bluff Mountain. The shuttle will run back and forth for the entire duration of the wedding. Due to limited parking at the venue—and for everyone’s safety in an unfamiliar mountain area—we kindly ask all guests to use the provided shuttle service. PICK UP SCHEDULE TO CEREMONY: 2:45pm - EES Parking Lot 1684 Walden’s Creek Rd 3:10pm - EES Parking Lot 1684 Walden’s Creek Rd 3:35pm - EES Parking Lot 1684 Walden’s Creek Rd They will remain onsite and available throughout the evening.
