(Told by Sarah) I met Josh at a friend's party back in 2019. I remember walking into the house and noticing Josh right away. He was so cute and it seemed like he noticed me too. A little while later Josh started making a picture frame with his hands at me from across the room.(something we love to laugh about now) I later found out this was his way of saying I was 'picture perfect'. Eventually, Josh came up and introduced himself :) Over the next few months, Josh and I would snapchat and text everyday and see each other once in awhile while hanging out with friends. Then one night while we were hanging out with our new friends, Josh asked me on a date. I said yes right away! We went on our first date the next day and had a blast! We went to an arcade called Pinball Pete's and then got ice cream afterwards. It was a perfect date! Ever since that date, Josh and I have been inseparable. We've made so many memories over the past four years and I've loved every second of it. I can’t wait for a lifetime with Josh by my side!

(Told by Josh) I knew I wanted to propose to Sarah very quickly after we started dating. As our relationship progressed, I grew more sure that she was my soulmate and the one I wanted to build a life with. We both agreed that we wanted to spend our lives together but decided to wait until she was graduating to get married. But my plans were to propose sooner, so that I could surprise her. I proposed to Sarah on New Years Eve. I had a plan to get her to a park where we had one of our first dates. I asked her to ride with me to pick up groceries and when we passed the park I asked her if she wanted to stop to go for a quick walk. (knowing that she would never turn down a walk in the park) As we walked down along the river I turned her towards me and gave her a hug and got down on one knee. She said YES!! After the proposal, I took Sarah back home where our friends, cake, and champagne were waiting to celebrate the engagement! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you!
