We're getting married !

Elliott and I go way back— who would've thought that two kids crossing paths at church around age 10 would end up getting married 15 years later? We knew of each other in high school, but we were on completely different paths back then. After graduation, we went our separate ways. Fate stepped in on New Year’s Eve at Ryan Brock’s house (groomsmen). Our friends had finally had enough of hearing us talk about each other, so they gave us the little push we needed. And at midnight—well, you can probably guess what happened. The rest was history. After a year and a half of long-distance love, Cara moved back home. Not long after, we bought our first home and welcomed our first dog. On November 11, 2024, Elliott proposed on what we’re convinced is the most beautiful pier in the United States (seriously, we checked—it’s a fact). Now, we’re counting down to saying “I do” on November 15, 2025. Here’s to our past, our present, and the future we’re building—together. Cheers!
