We’re getting married!

Brock and Brittany met through a mutual friend, Gabby. Gabby had posted a picture of Brittany while the girls were together in nursing school, when Brock saw the picture of Brittany he asked Gabby for Brittany’s number. Brittany and Brock started talking and after a few weeks on October 16, 2020 Brock took Brittany on their first date. They went to Buddy’s Pizza for dinner, then ended the night hanging out with friends. Brock and Brittany officially started dating on December 21, 2020 and the rest is history.

Brock and Brittany got engaged on June 14, 2023 at Island Lakes, Michigan. It was a Wednesday afternoon and Brittany had just gotten off working a nightshift at the hospital. Brock planned for Brittany’s two best friends, Katie and Rachel to take her to brunch. In Brittany’s head the girls had planned a brunch and pool day to hang out since Rachel was back in town from Florida. Little did Brittany know there was a big surprise in store. When Brittany woke up from her nap that morning she saw a text from Katie saying that when she was running at Island Lakes earlier that morning and thinks she might have dropped one of her AirPods while running, so after brunch the girls needed to make a pit stop at Island Lakes to go look for Katies missing AirPod. Brittany didn’t catch on since she knew Katie loses everything so it was a believable story. After brunch, the girls arrived to Island Lakes to search for Katies "lost AirPod." As they were walking up to the spot Katie thought she lost it at, Brittany began to see rose pedals. When she looked down the staircase, there she saw Brock, he popped the big question, and she said YES!
