Their story began in an unexpected place and time, Cierra walked into Jakes' work as a single mom in search of a second job, not knowing she was about to find not only a second job, but so much more. From the start, he went out of his way to check in on her, offering a simple kindness that meant the world to her. What started as a supportive gesture blossomed into a cherished friendship, exactly what she needed during that chapter of her life. As time went on, that friendship grew into something deeper. Together they built a relationship on a foundation of mutual respect, unwavering support, and a shared sense of humor. They found themselves as not just partners, but the perfect team ready to take on whatever life threw their way. Over the past 6 years they have became this beautiful blended family with their daughter Serenity and furbabies. They show up for their family and friends without question, and anybody that knows them can probably agree, they make such a beautiful couple and to know them is to love them.
