We're getting Married!

Ceremony- 3-4pm Social Hour- 4-5pm Dinner- 5:15-6:30pm Dancing our socks off- 6:30-9pm

In the fall of 2016 we both joined InterVarsity's Back Four small group. Claire as a Freshman, and Nate as a Junior. We spoke for the first time during a well known ice breaker: Speed Dating. After Bible study one night, our leader asked both of us to dinner in order to begin building friendships within our small group. The next week, Nate asked Claire out to dinner again, and the rest was history.

During the summer of 2019, the Amstutz's annual cousin trip took us to the beautiful Leaping Deer Ranch in Sapello, New Mexico. While we were there, we were able to do a variety of activities together like yoga, bonfires, and archery! Before taking our yearly family pictures, Claire's mom suggested we take a picture of Claire shooting Nate in the butt with an arrow! The pictures were golden, but little did Claire know, Nate was holding a ring around the tip of the arrow! Just as Claire thought the pictures were done, Nate turned around and got down on one knee.
