Beef - Grilled Filet Mignon - black angus filet of beef tenderloin, crumbled gorgonzola, port wine reduction.
Chicken - Pan Roasted Statler Chicken Breast with herb infused olive oil and seasonal vegetable ragout
Vegetarian - Pappardelle Pasta - Roasted seasonal vegetables, brown butter, parmesan breadcrumbs
Fish - Faroe Island Salmon topped with a Mediterranean salsa
