FAQs

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding and reception is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. However, we recognize that some of you will be traveling with your kids, so they are more than welcome at the rehearsal dinner and Sunday brunch! Feel free to reach out if you have questions about accommodations for them on Saturday.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Please check your invite or RSVP link for a +1.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be a combination outdoor/indoor area.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. EX: Ladies can wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen could wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Question

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

Answer

All the paths to and from the ceremony/reception areas are paved - so you shouldn’t have any restrictions on shoes.

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

It’s important to note that there are a few different resorts and hotels in the area with similar names, so use the actual address or be careful choosing “The Scottsdale Plaza Resort & Villas” when putting in directions.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving to the Plaza 20 minutes early to find your way to the Plaza Lawn and get comfortable.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please refer to the Travel page for the booking link for our block.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline and how do I send it in?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by February 1st. You will also need to select your meal of choice & indicate if you have any dietary requirements. This can all be done right here on our site!

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed, but we completely understand as it’s a travel commitment for most! If you cannot make it to the wedding, just let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Question

I still have questions, what’s the best way to contact you?

Answer

Contact either of us at anytime (prior to the wedding weekend please)! We can’t wait to see you all. 😊
