Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Rock Hill Farms has parking in a gravel lot. There will also be a parking attendant helping before the ceremony!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, unfortunately not. But please be smart and find a sober buddy if needed!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive half an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #WannToBeASlykhuis so we can keep track of all of your pictures! However, we are requesting that our ceremony be an unplugged ceremony, meaning no phones during the ceremony! Chelsea, our amazing photographer, was hired to get the get the best possible shots without the interference of other flashes or mobile screens! Plus, we don't want to be distracted and miss something during the ceremony!
