Question

Dress Code: Funky Formal Fall Garden Party

Answer

We'd love for you to celebrate with us in festive, fall-inspired style! Embrace whimsy with romantic fabrics, rich autumn hues, bold prints, and fun textures. Dresses, jumpsuits, and skirts are all wonderful choices. For those preferring suits, consider patterned or textured options in any color except green, paired with ties and sport coats as you like. Please leave blue jeans and super-casual wear at home. Since our celebration takes place mostly outdoors in the woods by a creek, we recommend bringing an extra layer for warmth. Equally important is choosing comfortable yet stylish shoes suitable for walking and dancing across grass, stone paths, gravel, and uneven surfaces—we'd suggest skipping super-high heels or anything that might be tricky to navigate. For those who prefer heels, we recommend checking out heelhunks.com for options that work better on varied terrain.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We'd love to see you there! Please plan to arrive by 4:30 so you have time to find your seat. Guests will be seated beginning at 4:50, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we'll have an open bar with complimentary drinks for all our guests throughout the celebration. We'd appreciate it if you'd remember to tip our bartenders—they'll be working hard to keep the festivities flowing! 🥂

Question

Is there cell phone reception at the venue?

Answer

Cell phone reception at the venue is limited based on our visits. We recommend downloading an offline GPS map of the area beforehand so you can navigate safely back to your hotel. We appreciate your understanding, and we're happy to help with any other questions!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we're only able to welcome the guests named on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is limited at the venue, and our staff will be on hand to help direct you. We encourage guests to take advantage of our shuttle service, carpool, or use rideshare options like Uber or Lyft, though availability in the area may be limited.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We've hired professional photographers and videographers to capture every special moment, so you can simply relax and be fully present to enjoy the day with us.

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes, we do! You'll find all the details about our hotel block options and camping on the travel page of our website.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 15th. We kindly ask that you respond via mail and through this website to ensure we receive your confirmation. If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update our arrangements accordingly.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

After five wonderful years of living together, we're fortunate to have the essentials we need. What matters most to us is simply having our favorite people in one place to celebrate with us. That said, if you'd like to give a gift, we've created a registry as well as a honeymoon and home renovation fund to help us continue building our life together.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request that children not attend our celebration. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for making arrangements with trusted loved ones.
