Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 13th.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

Ample complimentary parking is available at the church. Parking is located on the corner of Kentucky Avenue and N. Elmendorf Street, behind the Little Flower School.

Question

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

If driving, we recommend parking at the City Tower Garage located at 117 W Commerce Street. Please note that rates are $10/vehicle. For those with limited accessibility, a few parking spaces are available directly across the street from the venue in the San Antonio City Hall parking lot. For those staying in the hotel blocks, we recommend taking an Uber, or enjoying the 10 minute walk through downtown San Antonio.

Question

What to expect at a Catholic Wedding?

Answer

We are so grateful that you are here! Regardless of your faith, you are invited because you have helped form and strengthen who we are and who we desire to be as husband and wife. Our wedding liturgy is within the context of a Mass. For more information, see this link: https://www.foryourmarriage.org/rite-for-celebrating-marriage-within-mass/ A program on the day of the wedding will include the hymns, Bible reading, and prayers, and help you to celebrate us in a way that is respectful of the sacredness of the tradition.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to dress in semi-formal to formal attire for both our wedding Mass and reception. For women, mid-to-long dresses are encouraged. For men, suits or blazer and slacks are recommended; ties are appreciated but optional. Out of respect for the solemnity of the Mass, we ask that modest and elegant clothing be chosen, and that revealing or casual attire—such as jeans—be avoided.
