How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

We strongly recommend you book a private shuttle in advance from Cancun International Airport to the hotel. We have created a Google sheet below if you are looking for a group to join and want to coordinate with other guests. When should I arrive and depart?
Answer
Up to you! We have a special hotel block rate starting Tuesday Dec 5th, but official wedding events take place Friday Dec 8th to Saturday Dec 9th. We hope you can arrive earlier to enjoy the hotel and its amenities (spa, golf course, tennis courts, archery, scuba diving, snorkeling, cooking classes, etc). Banyan Tree will be honoring the discounted room rate until Dec 12th.

Please wear ALL WHITE for our Friday party and BEACH FORMAL for the ceremony/reception on Saturday!

Think normal semi-formal attire but with summer suits, breathable fabrics and touches of tropical elements.

What kind of shoes should I wear?
Answer
Friday will be a party on the beach so sandals are best. For Saturday, you may wear heels!

Is it safe to drink the water?
Answer
We do not advise drinking water from the sink or shower. However, all drinks served on the property are safe (i.e. water at restaurants, ice in cocktails). The rooms will also provide complimentary bottled water.
