Where will the wedding be held?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be located at Burlap and Bells in Black River Falls, WI. More details will be included with the formal invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at minimum 30 minutes before the ceremony begins and park at the reception location. All guests will be shuttled to and from the ceremony site. Arriving early will ensure that you are seated prior to the ceremony beginning and that no one is driving past the ceremony after it has started. There will be shuttles available for everyone, including those who might need extra help getting around.

How will the shuttle service work?

Answer

The shuttle will be available starting at 2:30pm at the Comfort Inn & Suites to bring guests to the venue in time for the ceremony. The shuttle will be available the remainder of the day for any guests who are ready to call it a night. The final shuttle will depart the venue at 11:30pm. If you do not take the shuttle to the venue, but decide it is best not to drive back at the end of the night, vehicles can be left overnight at Burlap & Bells. Please retrieve your vehicles before 9:30am the next day to respect the following day’s event. Shuttle Schedule: Pick-ups from Comfort-Inn & Suites - 2:30 & 4:30pm Pick-ups from Burlap & Bells - 8:30, 9:30, 10:30 & 11:30pm

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, but will be relocated if there is inclement weather. The reception will be in an open pavilion with heaters available if it happens to be a chilly evening. When deciding what to wear, please take the weather and terrain into consideration.

Yes! All of our guests are invited to all the wedding day events. We are only collecting RSVPs for the reception.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your children, our wedding will be an adults-only event so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We politely request no children unless noted on your invitation.

Due to seating arrangements and budgetary restrictions, we ask that you do not bring a guest unless noted on your invitation or RSVP.
