Answer

We will be providing transportation to and from the hotel and Cochin International Airport. If you are arriving to the hotel from the airport on Nov 26th or Nov 27th, and/or leaving from the hotel to the airport on Nov 29th or Nov 30th, please provide us your flight details, including number of passengers, the time of arrival/departure, the airline, and the flight number. Note that we are unable to accommodate transportation for people arriving or departing at dates not specified above, or if your arrival/departure from the hotel is a location other than Cochin International Airport.

FYI: Visas Requirements for International Travelers 🪪

Most citizens of international countries require a visa to enter India. Fortunately, all countries from which we have guests arriving qualify for on online e-Visa process. See the below list for your country for visa requirements regarding your citizenship status. 🇺🇸 United States 🇺🇸 / 🇷🇺 Russia 🇷🇺 / 🇮🇱 Israel 🇮🇱 - A majority of international guests will be flying from one of these three countries. For all three of these countries the e-Visa process is the same. You should apply for an e-Visa from the official Indian Visa website: https://www.indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html ONLY APPLY THROUGH THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE. ANY OTHER WEBSITES ARESCAMS, OR ARE ORGANIZATIONS THAT WILL FILE YOUR APPLICATION THROUGH THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE, THEN OVERCHARGE YOU. The cheapest visa option is the 30 day e-Visa Applications for this e-Visa are available from 30 days prior to the designated arrival date, with application deadline 4 days before designated arrival date. Note: If your nationality differs from one of the countries mentioned above, please consult the official indian visa website for the visa requirements for your countries (most countries qualify for tourist e-Visa).

The wedding takes place in a tropical location in Southern India. Please consult with your doctor on any vaccines that would recommended by them for travel to South India.

Yes, accommodation will be provided for all guests on November 27th, 28th, and 29th.

How will guests get from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

Airport transportation will be provided for guests on November 27th and November 30th. When you book your flights, please let us know your flight details so we can keep track of guest arrivals/departures.
