We don’t have a strict dress code, but we’d love for you to dress your best! It’s a formal celebration, so feel free to show up in something fabulous, but comfortable enough to dance in, because it’ll be a long (and fun) day! Each side of the family will be wearing aso-ebi (green for Sandra’s side and orange for Wama’s). If you don’t have aso-ebi but want to follow the color scheme, feel free to incorporate those colors into your outfit.
Invitations will be sent out by June 2025, and we kindly ask that you RSVP by September 1, 2025. Due to limited headcount, we will NOT be able to accommodate late RSVPs, so please respond on time to secure your spot at our celebration. Thank you for your understanding!
Your RSVP will indicate if you have a plus-one. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us. Please note that we’re at full guest capacity, so we’re only able to accommodate the number of guests listed on your invitation. If your RSVP includes a plus-one, it will either list their name or say “Guest” under your reservation. If it doesn’t, we unfortunately cannot accommodate additional attendees due to space and seating limitations. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. It means so much to us as we celebrate with our closest loved ones!
We love your little ones, but due to space and logistics, we are keeping this an intimate celebration. Only children from our immediate family will be attending. We hope you understand and enjoy a fun evening out with us!
Both our wedding ceremony and reception will be held indoors. You'll need to step outside briefly to travel between the two buildings. Also, our cocktail hour might extend outdoors a bit. You may want to bring along a light jacket or something comfortable for the short outdoor strolls. We want everyone to be comfortable while we celebrate!
The ceremony begins at 3:30pm. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to get parked and settled. Please note that if you arrive late, you may be asked to wait outside until after the procession to avoid disrupting the ceremony. Thank you for your understanding!
We kindly ask that you take a moment to fully immerse yourselves in our special day. Please refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony so you can be fully present. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the beautiful moments, and we can't wait to share those memories with you later! Feel free to take pictures during the cocktail hour and reception :)
Yes! We’ll have a full bar with plenty of options, including mocktails and juices for those who prefer non-alcoholic drinks. Cheers!
Unfortunately, we’re not providing transportation to the venue, but some nearby hotels may offer shuttle services. We recommend reaching out to your hotel directly to confirm availability. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are also convenient for getting to the venue.
Ashton Gardens Atlanta offers ample on-site parking for all guests. Upon arrival, you'll find a spacious parking area adjacent to the venue, providing convenient and complimentary parking. No need to worry about finding a spot or paying for parking, just arrive, park, and enjoy the celebration!
Late November in Atlanta is typically mild and cool, with daytime highs around 60°F (16°C) and cooler evenings near 40°F (4°C). Fall colors are still vibrant, making it a beautiful time of year. We recommend bringing a jacket or wrap for the evening!
We’ve reserved hotel blocks for your convenience. Check the "Travel" page for details and links to book.
