The wedding will take place on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at the Baywood Greens Clubhouse in Long Neck, Delaware.
We will be providing shuttle transportation to and from the venue for our guests. You are also welcome to drive and park at the venue if you prefer, and Uber/Lyft are available as well. Shuttle Pickup – Rehoboth Town Center (2 Rehoboth Avenue - next to the band stands) 3:15 PM departure 4:15 PM departure Shuttle Return – to Rehoboth Town Center (same location as pickup) 8:30 PM departure (if needed) 9:30 PM departure (if needed) 10:30 PM departure Friendly reminder: To keep things running smoothly (and make sure there’s a seat for everyone!), we’d love for guests to split between the two pickup times rather than all aiming for the later bus. The ceremony begins at 5:00 PM, with the reception ending at 10:30 PM.
The ceremony will begin punctually at 5 o’clock in the evening, please arrive no later than 20 minutes prior to the ceremony.
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting that all out guests dress in formal attire.
Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus 1, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card.
To allow all guests to enjoy the evening, we kindly ask that our wedding be adults-only. Thank you for understanding.
Both the ceremony and reception are planned to be held outdoors, weather permitting.
Yes! After the reception, we’ll be continuing the celebrations at Rusty Rudder in Dewey Beach. Transportation will be provided from the venue to the bar for anyone who would like to join. Please note: This is a separate service from the main shuttle, which will return guests to Rehoboth Town Center (the same pickup location for the ceremony).
