Beach Formal. We want you to be comfortable, but it’s still a formal affair. Suggested attire would be a summer suit with a linen shirt (no ties required), linen pants (or khakis) and sandals, or a formal summer sundress at tea or knee length with flat sandals. I would, however, recommend against heels as a good chunk of the night will take place in the sand.
Yes! We are having a bomb buffet that will ensure everyone will be well fed.
As there is limited space at the venue, we ask that only the people named on your invitation attend.
No. Please do not do this. I've heard that this is a thing people do but I am telling you right now, PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS.
Sorry, no. We love kids (especially your kids, your kids are the best!) but ask that you leave your little ones at home.
No. There is only one boat back to the marina from Las Caletas.
Ok, fine. There is another boat. In case of a medical emergency there is a speed boat that can take someone to the nearest port.
We understand destination weddings are a lot, and that’s why we wanted to announce it as far in advance as possible so that anyone wanting to join us has ample time to save up or put money aside. That being said, if it isn’t doable for you that’s okay. We will look forward to celebrating with you when we get back!
Ugh. Covid. Ok, here's what we're doing about Covid. The entire event will be outside, and even the boat ride is open air. As of right now we do not know the mask policy at the venue but I do know all of the staff will be wearing them. If you would like to wear a mask please feel free, I'm very much over the whole, "But what about the pictures??!!" garbage. We're in a pandemic and there's no reason to hide the evidence. We do ask that everyone please get tested prior to leaving for Mexico. If you feel unsafe and cannot justify going, there will be absolutely no ill will or hurt feelings. At this point everyone needs to make the decision best for themselves and their families.
