FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxedos and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Active duty service members are welcome to wear dress uniforms in lieu of a suit. Veterans are warmly invited to wear medals and decorations.

Question

When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than September 1, 2026.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! Personal vehicles are not permitted at the ceremony location; guests are required to take a shuttle that departs from The Lodge at Tiburon. Public parking is available at and around The Lodge at Tiburon. We will publish the shuttle schedule once confirmed. The shuttle will then take attendees to the reception following the conclusion of the ceremony. The reception venue is a 5 minute walk from The Lodge.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence is truly the best gift! But if you wish to celebrate us, we have a honeymoon fund and contributions can be made at the reception or through Venmo (@kayrosie5).

Question

Are there hotel room blocks or recommended accommodations?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved room blocks or negotiated discounted rates at nearby hotels. Details and booking links are on the Travel page.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only event due to space limitations. We hope you enjoy a fun night out with us!

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be noted when you RSVP. Otherwise, we’ve kept our guest list limited.

Question

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Answer

Absolutely—just let us know in advance through the RSVP portal so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony—please keep phones away and be present with us. You’re welcome to take photos during the reception!
